  Very pleased with the work. The team removed the entire ridge, replaced the damaged membrane, renewed the bedding mortar and repointed the whole ridge rather than just patching the obvious problem areas. They also repaired and repointed the chimney and replaced the flaunching. The work was completed neatly, the ridge is straight, everything was left tidy afterwards, and the price was good for the amount of work carried out. The only slight disappointment was that they didn't offer a workmanship guarantee, but based on the quality of the finished job I'd still be happy to recommend them

  Very good company. Gave a clear indication of when work was to be done and stuck to the dates given. Very clear on pricing. Always very helpful with any issues arose, working very quickly to rectify them. All staff from fitters and back office very friendly. Good quality windows which loom really good. Excellent! Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

  Complete garden landscaping

  I had a garden which was overgrown and I didn't know what to do with. Southgate came and gave suggestions and advice. They did a wonderful job transforming the garden. The end result is a lot better than I thought it could ever be!. I always approach tradespeople warily as agreements are often broken, lies are told and you feel unhappy and dissatisfied. Dealing with Southgate was the opposite to this, they were clear on what they were going to do and stuck to it. It was a pleasure to deal with them. All involved were polite and care was taken to clean up at the end of the job. V happy
