  Moving In Deep Clean

  The experience with Ada was great from start to finish - great comms, flexible on days/times, agreeing specific areas of concern (the shower, on top of kitchen cupboards & inside the windows). Ada and her colleague did full move-indeep clean and they did a brilliant job, bringing their own supplies and gadgets (the steam cleaner was really pro!). They took real care of my property, wearing shoe protectors, great attention to detail and the little things, like empying the bins, I really appreciated. I am hoping to make a regular arrangement and I would definitely recommend Ada.

  Removal of unwanted furntiture

  Moses and team did a great job clearing unwanted furniture items which were left behind in my new house. I had already had the items dismantled, removed from the house and piled in the garden, so they just had to remove from garden. I sent photos and they gave a quote, which had to be updated on the day due to weight. I understand it is difficult to tell from photos. The team completed the job very quickly and were polite and friendly. It is a relief to have the items gone, thank you for your help. Good comms before the job was confirmed.

  New dishwasher & fridge-freezer

  New DW was similar price to repair quote, so I got a new one. The fitters did a great job, arrived on time, no damage to surrounding cupboards and got integrated door back on. It was done so quickly and easily, I don't know why I waited so long to do it. Great comms prior and after. Got them back to replace free-standing FF - it was a nightmare to fit, had to hunt for the plug. The fitter was incredibly understanding, patient and helpful! Took the old appliances away from 3rd floor flat. A friend has now also used Bolt, and I would highly recommend for their flexibility and ability to tailor.

  Full house decoration - a great job, delivered on time!

  I am new to the area so relied on Checkatrade. My new house needed a full cosmetic overhaul, repairs to walls, filling of holes, tiling in the kitchen. I am so glad I found "The Painter" - Mo and team did a brilliant job, completing the whole 3 bed house in 5 days during the recent heatwave. Mo visited to give me a quote, answered all my questions, the communications were clear and quick, and he agreed to do a couple of "extras" (putting up a curtain pole, moving a wardrobe that had been left behind). His team were on time, respectful of my house and it was a pleasure to have them working here

  More bathroom electrical repairs!

  Nico replaced bathroom lights and extractor for me in May (review below) and I did not expect to need him again in June >> my toothbrush charger blew up the shaver socket and tripped half the lights in my flat! He was able to come the same day to diagnose the issue, get the lights back on and returned the next week to replace the shaver socket. As previous, his communications were clear and he was reassuring, trustworthy. His work was tidy and quick. I hope I don't need him again but I would not hestitate to call Nico. Thank you so much!

  Bathroom electrical repairs

  From start to finish, Nico was brilliant. He responded quickly to my initial request and managed to squeeze in a visit that same day. He was polite, professional, gave a clear quote. He was able to return to complete the work within a few days, always communicating really clearly and was in time. The work was efficient, he was very tidy, left no trace! My bathroom needed 3 new LED lights and a new extractor, I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely use Nico again and highly recommend him. Thank you Nico.

  Small decorating/handyman repairs

  Ervin and team redecorated my entire flat in October 2018 and when I needed a few minor repairs doing this month, they were my first port of call. Yet again, the work is very high standard, Ervin is punctual and very helpful, explaining his work. Alina in the office is very helpful with suggestions and quotes, she fitted my in quite last minute, even for relatively "small tasks" which I really appreciated. Thanks so much for another great job, I would highly recommend ALB and will go back to them again.

  Decorate 1 Bed Flat.

  I am so pleased with the work Ervin and his team have completed. They filled multiple holes in walls, made good damage caused by previous occupiers, painted throughout the flat, including ceilings, door frames, skirting boards, put up curtain poles, replaced a shower screen and recommended an Electrician to fix some problems. They were punctual, clean and tidy, incredibly polite and did a really great job. The communication was brilliant, Alina responded to every email quickly, answering all my questions. The quotes were accurate and I would definitely use ALB Decor again in the future. Thanks!
