  Replace failed ball cock on a Sunday.

  Andy responded fast to a Sunday call-out to a failed ball cock. He did a very good get -it-working repair in a confined space. He was easy to talk to and very polite. We will go to him next time without hesitation. We fully recommend him.

  Replacement 5 bar gate and supports.

  Nathan and team fitted a new replacement five bar gate to match my old one, the same for a side gate and re-clad the supporting posts with bricks. Much effort was applied to achieve (it looks the same) which was my requirements – well done. Much recommended.

  Replaced whole toilet assembly etc.

  Hallmark have done it again – well done Troy and Melvyn. They recovered a disastrous toilet installation done by A N Other. The disaster was removed, a new toilet assembly with associated tiling was fitted. It is now a pleasure to see and has sufficient flush capable of removing the most tenacious of workmen’s deposits. I recommend Hallmark again.
