  Kris from the company was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We would have used their service had we not already committed to another service provider who could do the job a little earlier. The quotation Kris provided me was reasonable with a clear breakdown, so you know exactly what is being done and what you’re paying for. Will definitely use their service in the future if it needs be

  Compassionate and responsive

  I contacted George and explained that I had a bird stuck in my chimney, he was very responsive and compassionate, very polite in the whole conversation. The price quoted was reasonable too. Even though in the end I managed to get the bird out myself, but George’s attitude impressed me. Would definitely recommend to friends and family
