  I can’t thank the team enough. We’d just moved in to the property and discovered a rat-infested garden structure, which was a huge shock. Simon was fantastic throughout – communication was first class, he kept us fully informed, and nothing was too much trouble. The team were punctual, friendly and incredibly hardworking, and they explained everything clearly throughout. They made what had become a very worrying situation feel completely manageable. It was clear they took pride in doing the job properly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon and the team. First class.

  Front and back door installation

  From start to finish, the experience was top quality. The team are incredibly professional and clearly bring years of experience. They provided a very competitive quote. The installation was carried out with the utmost care and precision - a upvc door at the back of the house and a composite door to the front. Enjoyed using the mock up tool to see what my door design would look like. The doors have only been installed for a couple of days and I can already feel the difference with holding heat etc. 10 year guarantee is nice to have. Highly recommend.

  Super efficient rubble clearance

  I had a lot of unexpected rubble and waste left from damp coursing work and really wanted it gone for the weekend. Petko was so responsive. I simply sent a WhatsApp pic of my rubble, and then received and accepted the estimate. Petko was very good at keeping in touch and the job was completed efficiently and without hassle. It was also important to me that PT Waste Collection was insured as a waste carrier company as I needed to be assured the waste would be disposed of correctly. Fantastic service and would absolutely use again if the need arises.

  End of tenancy clean

  I was moving into a flat and only on getting the keys did I get to see the state it was left in. In a swift response to a Checkatrade request for the job, HAMA was able to undertake the clean within 24 hours which was a huge relief. The quality of the clean was terrific. Everything is sparkly! A very thorough job too including everything from white goods to blinds. Fantastic service and a pleasure to do business with.

  House move

  Vern and his crew did an amazing job for us, moving our house items from Surrey to Cornwall. Items were packed with extreme care and the team are beyond courteous and polite. One of the lads noted he'd been working with Vern for 7 years, since leaving school, and I think this shows in just how well they all work together. On arriving at Cornwall, the guys went above and beyond helping us get our property into a quirky cottage, including removing a sash window to get the divan bed and a wardrobe upstairs. Highly recommended and would use again for sure.

  B&I are a pleasure to deal with. Communication is excellent and this was really important as our job - like so many 'Grand Design' projects - turned into the job from hell. Reuben's knowledge and advice was really appreciated and helped us over many a hurdle. Our house is transformed - from the very bottom with the water pipes running into the house, to the very top with a new water tank and softener, and everything you can think of in between. I'm really happy with the completed project.
