  I'm extremely impressed with Eden, his workmanship, professionalism, courtesy, going above and beyond - all 10 out of 10 - I couldn't fault anything about this job - I have already asked for 3 other quotes for more work and will be definitely getting him back as soon as possible.   John and his team we're extremely friendly & courteous at all times, John kept me in the loop if anything came up which needed answering, rather than just push ahead without confirmation, which I found to be a great help, so there wasn't any 'surprises' at the end. Also he did have to make 1 small tweak to the plan but made sure he checked with me first and outlined the small increase in the quote it would take - the amend made the whole garden look much better. I would, and have already, recommended John and his team to a few other neighbours who need garden work undertaking.

  Tom came at a moments notice to help his friend who was tiling my downstairs WC, he was really professional and tidied up after himself, he then came back again once the ruler had finished to reinstall my sanitary ware, again on time, was very professional and cleaned up afterwards, would definitely recommend and would use this company again

  Dan is a charming, trustworthy and a talented carpenter. His attention to detail is second to none, his colleague Nathan is also wonderful and between them they delivered an exact, specified floor, skirting boards and the clean up went above and beyond. I highly recommend this man for any work needed in your home.

  Can't praise Ideal Lofts enough, it only took less than 2 weeks from asking for a quote to having the job done. Great service from start to finish! Dean and Ronnie came exactly on time, were friendly, courteous and very professional, kept everywhere clean and tidied up after themselves, couldn't ask for a better experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have this done - in fact my neighbour booked them to do the same whilst they were at my house!

  Bill did a great job of fixing my leak and damp patch in my kitchen, really professional and courteous. Plus he managed to fix it using a new method, saving me £100! I would definitely use him again for any internal work I needed.

  Dean came exactly on time and told me exactly what he would be doing and what it would entail beforehand, he was really courteous and friendly and always wore a mask throughout and maintained proper social distancing. When completed my kitchen floor looks brand new! I would definitely recommend and use Castle Cleaning in future.

  I have used Mike a few times now and will continue to use him whenever I need a professional plumber. He is always very punctual, friendly, extremely good at his job and also cleans up after himself! You couldn't ask for a better plumber.
