  Steve got in touch quickly, responded to my queries, came round the next day as promised, was friendly and efficient, and did a super, quick job replacing my old, broken door lock. I'd recommend him.

  Repair of leaking pipework from upstairs bathroom basin, leaking into kitchen ceiling.

  Work involved identifying exactly where the leak was, by removing some of kitchen ceiling (which showed it was in an inlet to the soil pipe), and then accessing and repairing the leaking pipe from the bathroom, involving removal of the floor tile and basin unit. Work was carried out with minimal disruption and no mess caused (e.G. A sheet was used to catch kitchen ceiling debris). Paul (and his son) were very polite, efficient and professional and we would definitely recommend them and use them again.
