  Boiler fault

  Boiler had a fault and was repaired on the day. Was given a fixed quote for repair. Extra works and part was needed than initially diagnosed. Was politely asked could the end price be adjusted to reflect this. Was happy to reach a compromise even though the original quote would have been honoured as I also understand more labour and parts to be gotten to fix the issue.

  Very happy with the work provided with Klodjan. Took time to come beforehand to see the problem to make sure the right quote was given, which in turn was very fair and competitive when comparing to some other quotes given. Works was done very efficiently and Klodjan was very punctual and courteous. Workspace was covered and kept clean and tidied everything else in the end.
