  Refit awning

  Connor attended to fit my late fathers awning. It was clear he didn't know what he was doing & whilst retracting arm HE shattered a bolt as HE fitted arm incorrectly and tried to retract. He said he fixed & now working, but to leave for 24hrs. He requested payment, advising to contact him if any problems. I have and not seen him since! Specialist since been out stating AWNING IS DANGEROUS, Do NOT Use as unit is resting on a screw! Cost to assess £350. Asked for refund to cover costs. Refused. We agreed he refund what I paid, however he said he would take off £20 tip! Still not refunded.AVOID

  Makes promises fails to deliver.

  This company were made fully aware of my situation. Remove awning from one property and refit when moved to new property. Adrian verbally agreed and took down awning. Now moved, contacted him, he didn't respond then cancelled job. Awning is sentimental value and now in bits, that no-one want to do. Totally unreliable and gives false promises. Avoid, not worth the hassle.

  Landscape - transformation

  Was unsure what we wanted initially, however David talked through options offering suggestions in terms of what would work / wouldn't. David and Jack throughout job were punctual, reliable, friendly and worked really hard every day. Throughout the job David shared knowledge/expertise, which resulted in us changing things from original plan which is seen in the overall result. An absolute transformation and plan for David to return for future work. I'd highly recommend David who is personable, passionate and meticulous in his work, with a very high standard finish.

  Fitted new shower screen

  Called initially for a price and arranged to have the work done a week later. On the day Pete called to say he was going to about 10 minutes late. Arrived and did a great job - would highly recommend and will use again. Timekeeping good, great standard of work, professional and friendly.

  Replaced old fence with new fence

  Kevin and father both very professional throughout, as well as polite and courteous. Both hard workers, did a fantastic job and went the extra mile to make sure the job was well done. Cleaned up afterwards and took away old fence . I highly recommend KC Fencing if you want a professional job doing at a fair price. I'll definitely be recommending to family and friends.
