  Multi-stage move

  We used Heirs of Portsmouth for a complex multi-stage move from Portsmouth to Wales and they were brilliant. Richard and his team — Dean, Alfie and Pete (with his amazing stories!) — made it stress-free with excellent organisation, care and good humour. Everything went to plan, with deliveries to our new home and storage. Really friendly, professional and reliable. We’d highly recommend them!

  Garden revamp

  This was phase 2 of our garden revamp project. We had a new porcelain tiled patio laid, along with tiled garden steps and post and rope railings. The team worked really hard and their attention to detail has resulted in an amazing new garden space. We're really happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend Our Space, they've helped to transform a neglected area of our garden.

  Garden revamp

  The Our Space team delivered a superb project at our Drayton home. They transformed our tropical garden plan, constructing raised beds and pathways in just three and a half days. The team's communication was excellent, covering all minor changes and material choices. We couldn’t be happier with the high-quality result; it’s the perfect start for our planting plan. We highly recommend Our Space and will definitely ask Paul to quote for phase 2.

  Utility room refit

  Our utility room had a lot of wasted space and generally needed a refresh. We had new flooring laid, a worktop fitted across the width of the room with the washing machine housed beneath. Pipework was boxed in or painted and tidied up. The room was also painted and a new window blind fitted. Jason did a brilliant job, we're really happy with the results and we have a much better and more practical utility room now. As part of this job we also had some shower plumbing improved and a new garden light controller fitted. All working well.

  Bathroom refit

  Once again a fantastic project completed by Jason. Our main bathroom was looking tired and in need of an update. Over a period of two weeks it was completely transformed, with a large walk-in shower (plus incredible tiling work), new toilet, new double vanity and a complete redecoration and tidy up. We are extremely happy with the end result - it's exactly what we envisaged. Jason is a professional problem solver, his attention to detail is spot on and he's extremely reliable. We've already asked him to quote for our next project!

  Replacing guttering on our kitchen extension.

  Another brilliant job by Jason! He replaced the standard guttering on our kitchen extension with an extra capacity version. New down pipe and fittings to control the flow. Very tidy work as usual. This is the third or fourth time Jason has done work for us and we're happy with all the results. He knows how to get things done and he takes the time to explain the problem and how he's going to solve it. He's reliable too, always turns up when he says he will, either to quote for a job or to carry out work. Highly recommend.

  Creating extra space for new integrated dishwasher to fit where the previous one had been.

  The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. The end result is exactly what we were looking for as there is now enough space to fit our new integrated dishwasher. Everything left very tidy and we're very happy with the result.

  Plastering walls in two rooms and replacing coving in one of them.

  Alfred did a great job, plastering two rooms at our house and replacing coving in one if the bedrooms. He turned up exactly when he said he would and got on with the work. The end result is fab and he was really tidy. We've found our go-to plasterer now and we would definitely recommend Alfred as a reliable tradesman.

  Replacing old wooden deck with composite decking.

  We asked Legacy to quote for phase 2 of our garden project, having been extremely happy with their work on phase 1. Once again, they did a fantastic job. Our new deck looks amazing and makes a great outdoor dining / entertaining area. Steve and Harvey are grafters and their efforts show in the final results. The Millboard composite decking looks really good and needs almost no maintenance, just the occasional brush over and wash. We're now in the planning stages for phase 3 and we'll definitely be asking Legacy to quote for the works once the plans are finalised.

  Garden wall rebuild with addition of side entrance and steps.

  We're really pleased with the work carried out by Josh and the team. The new wall has been built and finished to a high standard and the new side access with steps is just what we were looking for. The team are very professional and get the job done. It's clear that Josh is very knowledgeable with regards to garden landscaping and his input into our project was really useful - he's given us lots of ideas to think about for the following phases of our garden project.
