  Excellent service start to finish. Mark was really helpful at the survey and provided a quote which was easily compared with other quotes. The work was booked in and we had useful communication and reminders in the run up so we knew what to expect on the day. The team who did the work were friendly, polite and went the extra mile to minimise the mess and disruption. The finish is great, and the ladders were demonstrated before they left so we could get started on using the new loft space straight away. The insulation is making a difference already too. Highly recommend this company.

  Boiler check and radiator removal

  Brynn responded really quickly to my Checkatrade request and was able to come out and inspect the boiler urgently. He was polite, friendly and really helpful in deciding whether a repair was needed. I needed a second job (radiator) and Brynn was able to come back a few days later. He arrived at the agreed time, the job was done quickly and no mess left behind. Would highly recommend, thank you.

  Highly recommended window replacements

  We had 6 windows and French doors installed by LNR in Oct 2023. Lee responded really quickly to my enquiry on Checkatrade and agreed to come and do a survey. He gave advice on choosing our windows and was happy to make changes to the design. The installation was easy to arrange because LNR were flexible. The fitters Ste and Chris visited in advance so they knew what was needed. The installation was thorough, mess was kept to a minimum and they cleared up each night. They were polite and friendly. We’re really happy with the quality of the windows and we have a FENSA guarantee. Thanks LNR!
