  Washing machine area building and install

  The work good for the price charged. The repair was simply removing some boards in the kitchen and installing the washing machine. He didn’t even adjust the washing machine legs; simply connected the wire. So washing machine shaking violently. Then he did some extra repair work such as adding sealants in kitch. The main let down was the hand shower in bathroom. He convinced my elderly dad that we needed a new pipe. He went and replaced it with a cheaper one, charging £120! The pipe burst the day after causing flooding. When I asked him to come repair, he said ‘okay’. And no sign of him since.

  Very professional and high quality service. Great communication from Day 1. Sunny and George took great care to come and visit first to take measurements and then offer the range we wanted. The installation was smooth and the workmanship was of high standard. They came on time and had a very clean way of working, leaving no mess for the customer. They didn’t disturb us too much either, as they knew exactly what they were doing. Then after the work was done, George called to make sure everything was ok. A fully professional service. Would hire them again for sure. Thanks

  I thought the work was fine when done on Monday; however, I received a call and a message at 12.30am (past midnight) stating that one of the cash payments I made was in half and the bank didn’t accept. Firstly, it is highly unprofessional to call or text a client at this time. Secondly, I got the cash out that very day and made Abu Baker, the electrician, to check in front of me. He said that there was no problem at all. I double checked too. This was 4 days ago. So to say that the note was in half after 4 days, it could’ve been damaged anytime. Worst service ever and to blame the customer.

  Audberto is very professional and has a good understanding of the works required. The job entailed a few bits and pieces: to provide access to boiler, replace counter, fix tiles. He took great care to ensure that the work was done to a good quality and he didn't do any quick fixes; he opened up areas to check if there were leaks and ensured that there would be no damage for the future. He is very experienced and was able to advice on choice of counter tops and tiles practical for rented property. He stuck to the time agreed and very clean too and you can really trust him to do an excellent job

  Bathroom renovation

  Happy with my new bathroom. Looks fantastic. Adrian and his team were very good, professional and considerate. They showed up on time everyday they worked, and they left leaving everything tidy at the end of the day. Any issues that came about, as can happen during building works, Adrian made sure he resolved them as per our request. I could communicate as and when, and he always responded promptly. Main thing is, they knew what they were doing, which is what you want at the end of the day. I would highly recommend them and looking forward to more projects in the future.
