  Boiler service and leak repair

  My boiler had developed a small leak and it was due it's annual service. Jon messaged me following my enquiry. He was friendly, helpful and polite. He even sent someone the same day despite there being no urgency. Ray was really friendly and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you

  Ben was very polite and professional in his messages prior to the work, and apologised for delays in responding. Ben and Luke carried out the work to a high standard and were both a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend their services and will be contacting them again if I need any more plumbing

  Investigation of faulty air conditioning unit

  James came to investigate why one of my air conditioning units had stopped working. He work diligently and methodically to find the problem and then gave clear advice as to what my next best course of action would be. He was friendly and professional at all times, and really came across as genuine and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend his services and will be in contact again should I need anything else doing with my air con.

  Redecoration of exterior windows, doors and gable ends.

  Steve did a superb job of redecorating all of our external woodwork. This included some very high gable ends on either side of the property. He carried out the work to a very high standard and we would happily recommend his services to anyone else. We will also be looking to book him again in the future. Many thanks Steve.

  Gareth helped us when we lost our neighbours key and needed to get in to look after their dog. He quoted a very good price and managed to get to us earlier than he originally expected. He was incredibly friendly, professional and highly skilled. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

  The ECS Plumbing and Heating team were excellent from start to finish. They took the time to listen to our requirements, gave their advice and quoted accordingly. Their price was very competitive and they were happy to re-work it when we asked for slightly higher spec units. When they installed the units they were meticulous with the installation - ensuring that everything was done to the highest standard and with an eye for detail. All of the team were professional, friendly and polite - a complete pleasure to deal with in all aspects. I would highly recommend them to anyone for air conditioning.
