  The gentleman from RK property solutions is coming to the house 15 minutes earlier than scheduled appointment time. He got a sense of humor ,which will reduce your pressure/anxiety from maintenancec. He got muiti skills, quicking finding the root cuase of leaking. When he left the site, it is cleaned. The gentleman is keen to details. Strongly recommended

  The boiler is very old.The tenant is complaining there is hot water ,but no heating. .

  The boiler is very old. A new Honeywell valve was installed in this July. RK man are super efficient to find the root cause and do the change. Theie fee is quite low, as I have used other gas engineer as well. I would use their service in the future
