  Great communication and exceptional work

  I rang for a quote and advice. Craig came to inspect the brickwork and answer my questions. He provided an on-the-spot quote, which I was under no pressure to accept. I was kept up-to-date with when the scaffolding was due and what would be done each day. The team was hardworking and meticulous. They went above and beyond. I am delighted with the outcome - my house has been transformed - my neighbours are stopping me in the street to talk about it. More importantly it is once again protected for years to come. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommended Ibbotson’s Pointing.

  Gutter clearance and moss removal.

  They did a site visit to give an informed quite. On the day of the job the team arrived and immediately got on with it. They were polite and kept me informed on the progress. They showed me before and after photos of the gutters which I liked. They tidied up well at the end. They did the job I had asked for, on a day that suited me, for the agreed price with and all without fuss. I'm very happy.
