  Faulty Heat Pump Tumble Drier

  We booked Mike to come and have a look at our faulty heat pump tumble drier. The price of the callout and labour were discussed in advance with Rachel. Mike arrived on time and ran through what was likely to be the problem and went through the diagnostic testing and advised on the results.. We opted for further no action as it would be just as costly to repair as a new drier ,despite it being possible to repair. Mike was professional and polite and clearly knows his stuff. We would highly recommend.

  Front garden tree and shrub trimming

  Ash gave us a quote a couple of weeks ago. Our front garden has a tree and a shrub which have got a bit unruly. He turned up today (earlier than initially planned), his work is extremely tidy and the garden looks so much better. Could not be happier and will recommend.

  Dale is polite, pleasant to have in your home, he is very tidy indeed and his work is exceptional and I just cannot recommend Dale enough. He is just a lovely guy and the quality of the work...it's just transformed our house. We're getting him back to do another room shortly- I can't say more than that. Thank you Dale- you're a star.
