  Renewal of two electric boxes and one fuse board.

  N Thring Electrical attended very promptly to give an estimate, was very professional and promptly provided an estimate for the work. However, in line with Checkatrade advice, I had asked for three estimates, and only one of them could have had the job. I would have been very happy to give the work to N Thring, but, obviously, only one of the three could be successful.

  Renewing fuse board and cabinet.

  Matt was very prompt in visiting the job and providing an estimate - which was immediately acceptable. The work was then completed one week later - Matt again turned-up at the agreed time, with all the parts needed for the job. His workmanship appeared to be excellent, and the work area was kept tidy and safe at all times. I’d have no hesitation in contacting him if any future work is needed, and would be very happy to recommend him to others.

  Levelling, Turfing, Seeding, Removal of Excess Soil and Hard Core.

  They turned up as and when planned; they all worked really hard; completed all the work agreed; left the site clean and tidy. The turf and seeding has taken well, despite several weeks of drought since the work was completed; it all looks great now - two months on. I would happily recommend MB and CB Landscaping to others.

  To replace felt on roof of summer house.

  Mick turned-up promptly to provide an estimate, which he did on the spot, it was acceptable and I asked him to go ahead as soon as he could. He was polite, considerate and very helpful in suggesting what additional work might be necessary when the old felt was removed and more decayed timber might be seen. He and Callum started the work less than a week later (as soon as the rain stopped!) and finished in less than two days. Additional work was in fact discovered, which was reasonably priced and agreed with me. The pair worked efficiently, conscientiously and the finished product is perfect.
