  Cleaning and repointing my patio

  Wayne cleaned my Patio ,removed the old grouting and regrouted with resin grout . He gave me a clear and detailed quotation at a very competetive price before commencing any work. He arrived on time each day and was meticulous in finishing the work to a very high standard and leaving the site ln a clean and tidy condition. In addition to being a very competent tradesman he was a very pleasant person to have around the house and nothing was too much trouble . I have no hesitation in recommending his services and I asked him to quote for further work later in the year.

  Installation of new gas boiler and hot tank

  John decommissioned an eighteen year old gas boiler and hot tank that were installed in a very cramped loft and installed a new boiler and unvented hot tank in a cupboard on my first floor landing . He also serviced and updated my underfloor heating and Solar hot water heating systems . The work was planned and carried out very efficiently and everything was left in a clean and tidy condition. John is not only an extremely competent Engineer ,he is also a very nice person to deal with and I had no hesitation in leaving him alone in the house whilst my wife and I had to go out on business .

  Fitting and repositioning of boiler and hot water tank

  John carried out a survey of my property ,took notes of my requirements for the provision and installation of a new boiler and hot tank in my bedroom to replace the existing boiler and tank that are installed in my loft. I am now awaiting his quotation .

  Waterproofing a balcony floor

  The Company applied Acrypol coating to the floor of my balcony which was leaking and allowing water penetration through to my garage which is situated underneath. Rain is still puddling on the balcony due to a poor initial construction but there is no sign of water penetration and so time will tell but I live in hopes.

  Servicing and overhaul of hot water solar heating system

  John did a thorough service of the system and is someone who is obviously very experienced and knowledgeable on the subject of Solar Technology. He was very polite and efficient and I would have no hesitation in calling on him again for any Plumbing work or servicing that may be required in the future.
