  Very professional service, fast quote, Lee was very professional and approachable when he visited to complete the measured survey & he/Stephanie were always quick to respond to questions and completed the designs to a high quality. Designs were provided a few weeks after survey and planning application submitted a few weeks later. Interactions were via a mix of phone, in-person, email and teams (video) call. Would recommend for sure.

  When quoting, Marcello came out quickly, was very professional/polite and prices were competitive. When working Marcello was good at communicating start times, was very tidy and the quality of the work was very good. I would certainly use him for future work and would be happy to recommend him.

  Competitive price. Always on time. Clear and polite communication. High quality of work. We now have 2 amazing new bathrooms, new flooring in 3 bedrooms and 2 rooms with feature wall tiles. All look great and finished to a high standard for a competitive price.
