  Roman was good to work with. His father in law carried out the work. Nice man but doesn’t speak English. Sometimes due to not understanding English created bit of unease/ misunderstanding otherwise was fine. No issues with quality of work. Will potentially need him to do another job. However will prefer someone I can communicate with. It can be Roman or someone he brings.

  Good electrician but need to manage Back office

  Had to do some corrective action as some issues were found in the areas never touched after last EICR check 7 years back. Electrician was good to work with. Had a bit of communication issues with back office. Overall happy with the services received

  Patio and Driveway cleaning

  Patrick and his son cleaned and sealed my patio and driveway. Although they arrived early, I was shocked to find a worker had climbed over my 8ft fence and entered the garden without permission to access water. The agreed process included acid treatment, drying, jet washing, sanding and sealing for heavy weeds, but I only saw jet washing with bleach and detergent. No visible acid or glue treatment was carried out as discussed. In hindsight, I feel the work did not match what was promised or the price charged. However, if the work they did stops the weed on the front garden, I will reconsider.

  Had to replace lock of the outside door and window

  As per requirements I needed to fix outside door. Later on realised a need to fix few other doors and windows. Luke fixed where he had to fix and recommend how to fix others. He could have fixed those- if he had those locks available with him at that time. Happy with the work he did.
