  2 bedroom maisonette refresh after 3.5 year tenancy

  Martin did a fantastic job refreshing and repainting our flat after a 3.5-year tenancy. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he was able to fit us in at short notice. The work was completed to a high standard, and the flat looks great. Highly recommended!

  Refit Loose/Broken Floor Boards

  Excellent work in determining the cause of noise underneath floor boards. Lifted carpet to remove broken floorboards, secure loose pipes that were causing noise and refitted the carpet. Great professionalism.

  Replaced Extraction Fans and Others

  I recently hired a Malcolm to help replace two extraction fans, an outdoor light, fix a loose ceiling and replace an indoor socket, and I am extremely pleased with the results. The electrician was highly professional, efficient, and skillful in completing the tasks. The new installations work perfectly, and I appreciate the attention to detail.
