10 Booked a boiler service - entire boiler replaced.

Booked a boiler check/service only to be told the boiler was dangerous upon inspection and needed to be shut down & replaced. Not what you ever want to hear. Gary was able to arrange to have the boiler removed & replaced in the same day, which was something of a consolation. It was a shock to the system but Gary & his colleague were able to minimise the pain.Verified reviewerJob location: OX14
