  Really appreciated working with Kai. Helped us merge a few jobs together -- replacing a shower screen, replacing some single-glazed windows, and also helped us investigate and install some Sunguard glass (which others couldn't help with). They also helped us fix another issue (a misted up window). Were prompt, communicative and friendly.

  Very happy to have worked with Decent Construction. Mahmoud and crew were very professional, helpful, and flexible around both dates and the work itself. When we had a new idea mid-project about how to complete the work, that was accommodated and prices were discussed transparently. The prices were also overall pretty reasonable.   I drilled through a live wire(!), they fixed the issue so that the relevant appliance still worked without needing to drill into the walls.
