  Moss removal and gutter cleaning

  There was problem with blocked gutters, and moss on the roof, which would lead to further problems with the gutters. A quote was given quickly, and the work was arranged and completed. Everything was left super tidy, even though they had to work a lot later than originally anticipated. A potential problem with a flat roof was identified (considering the roof was 30-40 years old it was not a surprise) and a quote was given for that. Pictures were shown of the faults with the roof so it was not a 'made up' job. The flat roof has now been fixed, again very quickly.

  Removal of spray foam.

  I needed spray foam removal from the roof. I had various quotes, and this company seemed to be the most professional. From the initial visit where Mike put on shoe protection to avoid bringing dirt into the house. Then giving a quote (which is a fixed price), rather than an estimate (which could change). The communication was good. They only dropped 1 point as on the commencement of the job they were an hour late, and a simple phone call explaining the delay would have been fine. The job was completed in the agreed timescale and left tidy.

  New cooker element

  Absolutely brilliant. The element of the cooker went yesterday (boxing day). I went onto checkatrade today (still a bank holiday), not expecting any reply until tomorrow, but he contacted me within minutes of my enquiry, arranged to come round and fix it today. Now I have a cooker that works. Far exceeded what I expected.
