  Look no further!

  Friendly communication with company and kept up to date with progress. Engineer arrived on schedule and carried out an extremely thorough and efficient service, not complaining of fact that it had not been serviced for a couple of years and was consequently not very clean! Also very helpful about other aspects of system. Reasonably priced, too. Will definitely book them again for a service next year and cannot recommend too highly.

  Roof Inspection worse than useless

  Inspection concluded no leak. No written report provided. They said the leak was caused by moss on the roof and offered to pressure wash for £1470. Not wanting a pressure wash, we booked steam cleaning by ITC Home Improvement. They found tears in the roof felt where water was entering. He could not conceive how anyone could have inspected the loft and concluded there was no problem. In addition to the £189 for the inspection, I had also agreed a payment of £900 to ITC. Following the review, they amicably provided a refund for the cost of the inspection.

  Diagnose and replace shower pump

  Installed new shower pump in November. Called out after two months when pressure dropped to unusable. Came same day and discovered that the pump was faulty. The normal procedure in such a case is for the customer to contact the manufacturer to sort out. But John immediately replaced with a new pump since he considers customer satisfaction to be paramount.
