  Very poor - a scam. I will be following up with Check a Trade. After an initial favourable impression and good communication for setting up the work, there were odd delays to starting the work, and communication on timings for getting the work done was consistently poor to non-existent. Some work has been carried out (about 40%) to a poor standard. Having paid for significant materials purchases in advance, most of these materials have not appeared on site. And following the most recent request have had no communication at all for the past 5 days. The site has been left in a poor condition

  New oil boiler

  Fitted the boiler with minimum of fuss despite a few issues with the space available. Took good precautions to keep the house internals clean. Were responsible about wearing of COVID masks. Were extremely approachable and responsive to questions
