  Fantastic, reliable building company

  We are very happy with the new en-suite, remodelled downstairs WC and utility room, and single-storey extension that KW built for us. KW and their contractors also fitted the kitchen, installed underfloor heating, installed the flooring, plumbing, electrics, and decorated. KW respected the rest of our property whilst carrying out the work, relaid the area of patio outside the new extension, and cleaned up the driveway once they were done. The approachable, friendly team were accommodating and helpful with any queries that we had.

  Installed a washing machine pipe and sorted out a leak

  Simon came to quote the work to add a pipe for the washing machine and make good some terrible plumbing done by the previous owner. He turned up on time to carry out the work and fixed the problem, as well as attaching the old pipe to the wall correctly. Cheers

  Ensuring chimneys were closed but vented appropriately

  Josh got in touch via email after posting a job. He gave a competitive quote and completed the chimney work in a timely manner. Whilst he was up there he also mentioned some other tiles that were damaged, particularly a troublesome one near the chimney that explains some of the water staining to the room below. Josh and Dan were polite, knowledgeable and friendly throughout. Thank you!

  Fireplace removal, plastering and floor levelling

  Dom got in touch to discuss the job posted on checkatrade. After some back and forth by SMS to get further details we agreed a price and some timings. Dom was able to squeeze some of the job in within days to get the process started. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable throughout, and recommended that the fireplaces would need vents to keep airflow through the chimney, rather than it getting damp and mouldy. Dom tidied as he went. Once the fireplaces were out Dom was also able to plaster and skim the gap, which saved the headache of finding another person and time to do it. Cheers!
