  New Oven Installation

  Purchased a new Montpellier Oven from Havant Branch. Chris was very helpful with providing information on a selection of ovens which would fit my requirements. Placed the order on Monday and it was delivered, installed and the old oven taken away on Friday. Jim and Mitch delivery/installation guys were excellent, professional and friendly. Price quoted included installation and recycling of old oven and was cheaper than the big retailers . Excellent service from start to finish.

  Purchase, Delivery and Installation of Fridge Freezer

  Order a new Fridge Freezer on Monday which was delivered and installed on Wednesday. The service I received from ordering it at their premises and from the delivery team was excellent. Jim the delivery man was polite, friendly and explain everything I needed to do after it was installed. Total Appliance Repair Ltd were cheaper than any of the major suppliers or Online companies. The price included delivery, installation and recycling of old Fridge Freezer was lower than anywhere else! I would definitely recommend them.

  Dig out existing raised Patio and lay new extended patio

  Matt and Danny did a fantastic job. They keep me up to date each day and during the day with what was happening. If they came across an issue they would advise me and recommend solutions. The area was cleaned and tidy each day and the work was completed with the time expected despite some heavy rain on the first day. Matt and Danny are extremely professional, conscientious, polite and take pride in the work they complete. I would highly recommend them.

  Re-pointing a wall.

  Following having Wall Tie replacement work, we asked James for a quote for re-pointing a wall because we were impressed with the work he completed. When we accepted the quote he advised us that he would not be able to do the work until mid January. He contacted us in January as promised to agree a date to start (We did not have to chase). Once again we have been impressed with the standard of work and the professional way James has dealt with us. Due to the extreme weather over the few days he kept us informed progress and when he would working. I would happily recommend SPTW.

  Wall tie replacement.

  James fully explain theprocess of how the work would be completed. He keep us up to date with how the work was progressing. He cleaned up all areas once the work was completed and made sure we were completely happy with everything. As we were impressed with what he did and the way he worked we asked him to give us a quote for re-pointing work.

  Damp Survey.

  Requested a damp survey as we had concerns about possibility of rising damp. Alan Patrick turned up at the agreed time and date and fully explained what he would look at and would he would recommend once the survey was completed. He explained everything as he went round our property and gave us advice on what was required. He then provided a full written report within a week to confirm what he had found and what he recommend to resolve the problem which was caused by condensation. This included details of specialist supplier.
