  Replace broken Aqualisa Midas exposed thermostatic mixer shower

  Ian was brilliant from start to finish. He responded quickly to my enquiry after my shower failed and left me without running water… arrived promptly and fitted a new one, explaining everything clearly. He was friendly, professional and when a part was accidentally damaged during installation, he immediately went out to replace it without hesitation. He also kindly fixed an issue with my toilet while he was here, which was much appreciated. The new shower works perfectly and I’m really pleased with the result. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ian again and would highly recommend him.
