  Norman made sure the route of the problem was found and replaced all necessary parts. Part of my ceiling needed to be removed to access the plumbing and he only removed what was necessary. He also recommended a shower part which is much easier to access and clean.

  Arrived in under 2 hours of taking the job. It was a difficult part to fit but he got it done. Polite, respectable man. Left my boiler cupboard clean.
