  Hanging a door - got it done including additional details

  TrustedFit responded promptly to my posting of a job (within an hour). We were able to discuss a mutually convenient time, which fortunately was for the same day. We discussed that I was missing two pieces of equipment and they were able to help resolve that. The job was done well, with careful attention to detail. Dust sheets and a hoover were used, and all mess was completely cleaned up. I am very happy with the speed at which I was able to from posting the job to getting it done, and with the quality of the workmanship.

  Tricky kitchen leak

  There was a leak in the kitchen ceiling which was causing issues for having the water on, and getting around the kitchen easily. Wings were able to send someone out very quickly at short notice. Due to complicating factors, it was not possible to fix first time round, but again Wings were able to re-arrange their schedules to provide someone at short notice for a second visit.

  Fault finding and fixing downstairs lighting circuit

  Nick responded immediately to a job I put out on Check-a-trade, and we arranged a date for starting the job the following day - so very quick and easy to arrange. Nick came round as arranged, and even though it was a Saturday and we agreed only 2 hours, he stayed until the lighting was fixed and stable which was 6 hours. He methodically, patiently and professionally worked through the problem which 2 previous electricians had not been able to locate. I was thoroughly impressed (and happy!) that the problem was fixed, and at a very reasonable price.

  Underfloor heating

  The underfloor heating wasn't working, and separately I need some pipes retracted to behind the wall. The works was done quickly and cleanly. I was also able to some queries I had answered. There was also a subsequent visit to check if some additional I requested was actually needed, and it turned out it wasn't - which saved me even more money! Extremely happy with the quality of service, and following my request it was done within 24 hours.

  Installing a PIR sensor

  Rob did a good job. He visited beforehand to check the job was what he expected. There were issues due to the set up in my house, and Rob worked out a way round it. Happy with the work and the service.

  Tap fitted and radiator fixed.

  Replacement of bathroom.

  Mark has done several minor jobs for me, and has always been professional, competent, and competitively priced. Following a leak in my bathroom, Mark came in and diagnosed the problem quickly. It became an insurance claim, and Mark even had to field what I can imagine were tiresome questions from the insurance surveyor (my own dealings with the surveyor made me want to lodge a formal complaint). Mark has now come in to replace my bathroom. The quality of the work is excellent as usual, and I can unreservedly recommend Mark.
