  A gas engineer I can trust.

  I invited Andrew for a second opinion during my annual boiler service in April 2026 after another engineer told me the boiler needed replacing and offered to do the work for around £3,000. Andrew serviced and adjusted the boiler, showed me the key readings and indicators, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated that he focused on solving the actual problem rather than trying to sell unnecessary parts or additional work. Professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely use his services again.

  Push for Boiler Replacement Instead of Proper Service

  I booked an annual service for my 16-year-old boiler. It has been regularly serviced and worked without issues. Ed arrived on time and was polite, but quickly concluded the boiler needed replacing due to high CO levels. Conveniently, he was available the following week for a £2,900 replacement. I felt he was quite pushy, so I got a second opinion from another Gas Safe engineer., who serviced the boiler, adjusted the gas flow restrictor, and brought CO levels back to normal without replacement. Lesson learned: value "servicing and diagnostics" reviews, not just "boiler replacement" reviews.

  We had a bit of an emergency as the broken hinge prevented the window from closing. Rick responded to my call and promptly repaired the window hinge the same evening. A few days later he also helped with repairing a couple more worn down hinges. Will use him again!

  Very happy with the work done by Jeremy from ABM Electrical. I ordered EICR assessment for the house which we consider to buy. The assessment was arranged and done in just a few days. The price for the service was competitive. The report was detailed. Also, Jeremy kindly explained me over the phone the specifics of the identified issues and provided approximate quotation for the remediation works.
