  Rob was exceptional from start to finish, from coming to inspect the property prior to giving a quote, right the way through to the installation and finishing the setup. Good, clear communication, full explanation of everything and thorough understanding of what we required and kept us informed at every step. Managed to fit our installation in at short notice to accommodate our holiday plans and was entirely flexible with our schedule. Rob even fixed a TV stand I had accidentally broke while moving it! Amazing service, couldn't be happier and couldn't recommend more highly! Thanks so much!

  Repair on shower leak

  Great service! Arrived on the date agreed with the parts, knew exactly what the problem was, explained the issue and repaired the leak. Great communication beforehand and polite and professional throughout. And actually provided a quote for the required parts to fix the problem, rather than trying to persuade me to replace the entire shower system like some of the quotes I'd had. Honest and reliable tradesman, really pleased, will use again. Thanks so much!
