  Replacing faulty electric shower

  Many other electricians turned down this job, 'not available', etc. HPW did a brilliant job very quickly after I contacted them for a quote. I had already bought the new replacement shower; they fitted it for me the day after it was delivered. They were really helpful & kept me informed the whole time. Very pleased with this firm - a glowing example to other electricians of how to run an efficient customer-friendly business. I can hardly recommend them enough.

  Fitting electric shower & pull switch

  Initially pleased when job was completed on 12th January this year. Just recently, the pull switched stopped working completely, after gradually taking more (gentle) pulls to turn on the shower unit. Now I can't use the shower at all. The plumber told me by phone that repairing the pull switch was beyond his electrical skills, even though he installed it! He said he'd be willing to cover the costs of an electrician to do the job. I asked him to email that to the site so that it was in writing, asap, since a verbal promise is not worth a passing breath of wind. NOTHING YET. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

  Shower fitting

  A new shower was fitted the next afternoon. While it was unfortunate that the pull switch needed replacing as well and had to be fetched from a local supplier, that was not their fault. Naturally this added to the expected cost, but the job was extremely well done and tidy. It was still a reasonable charge, with time calculated exactly and no hidden costs. I was very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend Impeccable Plumbers.
