  Whilst the initial contact and fitting of the door was good the service I have received afterwards has been very poor indeed, several times I have requested the receipt for the work carried out and more importantly I was led to believe the door came with a 10 year guarantee and the paperwork for this has not been sent some 3 months later which I consider unacceptable

  As a landlord it is imperative to have tradesmen you can trust to not only liaise with the tenant, but be courteous and reliable plus also carry out the work to a high standard. I consider Andy and south coast glazing repairs to be in that category and would not hesitate to recommend them.
