  Very disappointing experience

  One of the worst tradespeople I have worked with. Not only was the door installation completed later than promised, but they also assured me that the old French windows would be removed within a couple of days. However, after receiving payment, despite several follow-up requests (call and message with no answer), the old French windows are still sitting in my garden. To be honest, disposing of them myself is quite difficult, and I may now have to pay additional money to have them removed. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend their services.
