  Charlie got in touch via WhatsApp to discuss the job - he was very polite and responsive, giving me a very reasonable quote quickly. I booked in with him for 4 days later, and he confirmed the timings the night before, as well as letting me know that he was on the way on the day. The job was done to a very high standard, Charlie checked what was to be taken and got on with the clearance quickly and efficiently. He made sure I was happy with the job when he'd finished and was polite and helpful throughout. I was so impressed that I asked him to quote for other work too! Highly recommend 😊

  2x bathroom extractor fan reposition, core holes and fit external grilles, replace internal grilles

  Ian was very helpful and responsive from first contact to completion. He explained what was needed and didn't try to oversell at any point. He gave me a very reasonable quote on the basis of photos I sent. In the process of moving the extractor, he discovered a further issue with the venting. He booked in a further visit to fix that problem, and I also asked him to move the extractor in our main bathroom at the same time. He is friendly, punctual and efficient with his work - I'm so happy with the work completed and will definitely be using Glh for future jobs!
