  Poor Communication and Hidden Charges Led to Incomplete Work

  I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their pricing is not entirely transparent. They quoted a half-hour rate, but their policy is to charge a minimum of one hour, plus parts and VAT. I ended up paying £175 for one hour, and the work was still not completed. There also appeared to be a lack of communication from the receptionist regarding the actual job that needed to be done, which resulted in the plumber arriving without the full details and the job remaining incomplete.

  Great Job Mounting My TVs

  Ray did an excellent job mounting both my 43-inch and 32-inch TVs. He neatly organised all the cables, leaving everything tidy and professional. The work was completed to a high standard, and the price was very reasonable. I’m really pleased with the result and would happily recommend him to others.

  Very professional service from start to finish. Communication was good and the person who did the work seemed quite experienced home applicance engineer. The work done included sorting the cable power socket for my washing machine and drier and the outlet pipe for waste water. They are both new Bosch machines and he used the exact 10amp plug socket checking the requirements of the machine. Overall I am really satisfied with the work and would recommend ADK Domestic Appliances for anyone who need a professional service for their domestic appliances like washing machines/dryers/dishwashers.
