  Radiator fix as it was not heating correctly

  Thermo valve had been installed on return pipe but was also broken so did not work or come off. Ross diagnosed and proposed a fix in 5 mins. When he returned to fix, he got straight to work and stayed to confirm it was working correctly unlike other tradesmen that assumed they had fixed everything only to need to come back again. Prompt, polite, tidy, and happy to explain the issue. Very good.
