  Gutter, facia and soffit replacement

  In addition to the guttering replacements (gutters, facias, soffits) I also had the boarding at the side of the porch roof and bay window replaced. David discovered some damage to the main roof undercloaking and some tiles. The undercloaking was repaired and damaged tiles replaced. He was very helpful, professional and tidy.

  Fit two cat flaps

  Michael installed two cat flaps for me. * One in a uPVC door * One in a new panel, fitted to replace a pane of glass (with leaded lights), and fitting beading around the new plywood. Michael was very careful and tidy, I shall use him again.
