Excellent communications. I shared some photos of the issue and this was followed up by a contractor coming out to view the job - who arrived when they said they would. I received a quote soon after. They were able to do the job quite soon after and were very polite, professional and clean and tidy. 10 Expert drain unblocked!

Terry came round to view what I thought was a relatively small job to clear a blocked drain but it soon became apparent it was a much bigger and nastier job. He talked through the options and I went ahead and he cleared the nastiness and explained how to deal with things in future and was really reassuring. 10 Low boiler pressure with error message.

Darren was great. He had a panicked call from me on a cold Sunday morning as boiler pressure had dropped and I wasn’t sure what to do. He came over and sorted it quickly and efficiently.
