  French Patio Door Locks Upgraded/Fitted

  From the first contact to the job being complete the service and attention to customer service and detail was superb! The quote was extremely good value considering we upgraded to high security locks. Communication was superb and the quality and reliability of the work was outstanding! If you want an honest, friendly and customer focussed locksmith then Mihai from ION is the person and the company to use! Would 100% recommend!!

  Bath Panel and Leaking Screen Repair

  Second time we have used Nick and we’re not disappointed at all. Bath panel was chosen with nick ahead of the job and price of works agreed. As always nick was on time, polite and extremely clean and tidy when working. Fixed the leaking screen and the bath panel was exactly what we hoped for! Quality of the job was fantastic and attention to detail with nick is key. He has very high standards when it comes to workmanship and takes pride in what he does which is a rare thing we have found with some tradesman. 100% would not even consider another plumber for any of our work!!!

  Bath Panel and Shower Leak

  Second time using Nicks services and again a fantastic job. We had a leaking shower screen and the bath panel was not great. Nick gave me options and we chose a new bath panel which he supplied. Price agreed in advance of work. Nick Arrived on time as always, and cracked on with sealing the shower, fitting the panel and cleaning up after his work! Fantastic job and always a pleasure to deal with Nick. If you want a solid reliable plumber then please give Nick a shout! You won’t be disappointed!

  Kitchen Sink and Tap Fitting

  Have to give a massive thank you to Nick who fitted our new sink, tap and waste pipes. From initial contact Nick was responsive and super helpful, his quote was extremely competitive by comparison so we chose him. Managed to get booked in the same week. Nick came today was early and full of smiles and professionalism. Before he even started work he checked and double checked everything, the work was completed to a very high standard and he meticulously cleaned up as he went. Cannot fault our experience and would not hesitate to use him again for any plumbing work! Thanks Nick

  One word to describe R&A…. Amazing! From the initial quote and meeting Rhys and Jordan nothing was too much trouble. The lads were funny, approachable, honest and a total pleasure to have in our home for the last two days. By the end they left more as friends than a company. The quote was excellent value for money and we were advised 2 days of work involved. Every detail was taken care of, they arrived on time and worked their socks off both days to a high standard. I’m blown away with the results! Thanks for making our house feel more like our home!
