  Very trustworthy business

  I booked Jordan to replace a macerator in my basement bathroom that had burned out. Upon inspection, Jordan found that there was a greater underlying cause in our plumbing work for why the macerator had failed. Rather than just doing a bodge job to replace it and taking our money, he explained the issue in depth and offered us no charge for any of the work that day despite capping off all of the pipework for us while we figured out what to do. Very trustworthy, high quality operation.

  New bathroom and basement conversion

  Alex has helped us with building a new bathroom and converting our basement. The bathroom is completed (minus some odd jobs that still need doing) and the workmanship is good, up to building regulations standards. The basement is still ongoing but so far no complaints and again Alex does seem to care about have good quality workmanship and will stay late to make sure important bits get finished on the same day if necessary. The jobs are taking longer than expected but we thought the original timelines were ambitious
