  Replaced an whole section of drainage and blocked off a open gully.

  Replaced poorly fitted drainage pipe underground, that had been leaking for years. Blocked off disused drainage pipes and a disused gully. Solved the original smell and fly problems.

  Relined a section of pipe that could not be replaced due to its location. Helped to solve a long standing problem, in which other contractors failed to locate. Located a hidden chamber using CCTV surveillance.

  Assessed the drainage above and below ground to find the source of smells and flies

  Carried out a surveillance on the drainage and a smoke test. Went beyond the job to inspect other areas that could be linked to the problem. Went even further than another company that was originally hired to carry out the same work and discovered some issued under ground. Was able to give me possible causes and further recommendations.

  Exposing of drainage pipe to allow diagnostics within two rooms

  Dug through the concrete floors of two rooms, 2 metres deep, revealing the cause of problems that I was experiencing in my new house. Went beyond the job and discovered an open gully and a hidden chamber outside. These were things that was missed by previous tradesman over a period of a year.
