  Jamal of MAX Level Ltd was very helpful and friendly. The work was carried out efficiently and the costs were fair. We were provided with photos and video of the underfloor which was helpful. We would definitely recommend Jamal and his colleague, Mo, to family or friends.

  Soon after work completed we discovered a double socket in main bedroom was ‘dead’. Text sent – ignored, phoned them who promised to ring the next week. No call came, chased him up weeks later. He checked the socket and quoted £100, later to become £120, to sort it. We texted to say this seemed unfair since we’d paid thousands for the job and now it would cost more to put right what had been working perfectly beforehand. Plus cost of carpet re-fitting. We now accept he has no interest in any kind of after sale service. His after-sales treatment of us is appalling.
