  Level gap in floor / replacing drainage panels in driveway

  Stacey was brilliant. Really responsive, on time and knowledgeable. His pricing was reasonable and his work was accurate. Started out with a job to sort out the gap in the 2 subfloors between my 2 receptions. Was a headache for me before Stacey came who sorted this out promptly and meant I could lay my flooring without delay. His work was great so I asked him to replace the drainage panels in my driveway, specifically the rubbish aluminium and concrete ones I had, with plastic ones instead. He did this whilst I was away and to a high standard. Very happy, I have him on speed dial !!

  Complete bathroom refurb / flat roof repair / kitchen vertical radiator / new electric wiring for hob

  Top quality workmanship! We had our kitchen done by Serkan 6 years ago, so we knew what to expect. Our bathroom hid many unknown problems (bad walls, bad external pipework, rotten floorboards), which the team worked through without fuss, keeping us aware at all times. Their advice was valuable, and meant we stayed on track to get the bathroom we wanted. The result is a beautiful bathroom, installed with accuracy and care, which will last just like our kitchen. Our thanks as always to Serkan and Hasan, and we will definitely be asking them back for more construction magic next year :)

  Unblocked under floor drain in kitchen.

  Very highly recommended, came out at short notice and managed to unblock our kitchen sink drain when nobody else could. Gave great advice along the way, worked really hard and fast, and overall did a brilliant job for my elderly parents; the blockage was a nightmare but we called the right man!

  Old fencing replaced with new fence panels and concrete gravel boards.

  Timely, knowledgeable and reliable, all work was done to a high standard. Old fence was replaced by new fence panels in existing posts, which brought it's own set of problems. John was never fazed and sorted any problems properly - no bodge. All work done in less than half a day. I will be getting them back to do some more work in my garden next month, very happy and highly recommended!

  Replace consumer unit and fit electric shower

  Don't hesitate; call Primelectrics now! Right from the beginning, Giorgio gave us knowledge and confidence on a subject we had no idea about. He was polite, courteous, and clearly knew his trade. He was able to give advice based on solving the electrical problems with my parents' electric shower; he gave us 3 options with varying prices, agreed a price, and got the job done as specified. We had a new consumer unit fitted and an electric shower replaced. 2 months on, his work has proved to be accurate and safe. We'll be using him again as he has our trust. Thanks Giorgio !

  Laminate flooring supplied and laid in hallway and kitchen.

  Rob was able to supply and fit our flooring after we got let down by another flooring specialist found on this website. Basically they didn't mess around - they came in, got to work and finished in about 6 hours. The Quickstep flooring supplied was also cheaper than anywhere I could find, so we're really happy that we found Usher Flooring and I'd recommend them highly. Thanks Rob and Paul :)

  New kitchen and boiler fitted.

  Book this builder; we'll be having him back to do more of our house next year. Serkan and his team have taken our old kitchen, ripped it out, re-skimmed, re-plumbed, re-routed our electrical sockets, re-tiled and installed a kitchen with appliances and a new boiler; they have produced something beautiful, meeting our budget and timetable, and we are very, very happy! Always punctual, clean, experienced and serious in getting the job done, solving many problems with the project and with suppliers - they have our respect and our trust. Thank you Serkan (and Hass) - and see you next time.
