  When I posted this job, I was in a hurry and declined Zsolt's offer to quote me the following weekend. After getting some ridiculously priced quotes, I found him again via Google - not realising - and made contact. On the quote visit, I was impressed with Zsolt's questions - asking what I needed, providing solutions, and addressing the concerns I had about structural strength and not encroaching on my neighbour's property. He was a lovely guy to boot. The job is now done to incredibly high specs, and I'm delighted. I'm not easy to please and I'm picky, but this was a perfect job. Kudos!

  The guy cancelled *during* the appointment time, claiming he was running about 2 hours late. I asked for another time for him to come and in response he sent a picture of his van with the wheels off but told me he'd broken down.

  Porch door was falling off its hinge.

  I reached out to several companies on the Friday before the August bank holiday, as my porch door top hinge had broken and the door was falling off. Mark was the first to message back and checked that his fitter could help me out. Cliff got in touch, did a temporary fix that allowed me to get in and out of my house, ordered the part and kept in touch. He came back today to finish the job, having sourced a hinge as close to the ones I have. Happy with the service, the politeness and that they were willing to help out despite already being busy.

  Fitting a new porch door handle.

  Michael came recommended by several locals on Nextdoor. He was on time, had decent comms and did a good job, plus a tutorial at the end. He even swept up and cleaned my door without my asking. Price was reasonable, the product has a 3yr warranty, and I'm happy with the job.

  Flamu fixed ao.Com's mess...

  This is the 2nd job Flamur has done for me. He was the only person I thought to contact when ao.Com ruined my kitchen flooring. He removed and replaced my vinyl and trimmed a door to fit an uneven frame. Highly recommended.

  Fixing a botched job

  Flamur and his team were excellent - nothing was too much. I obtained a competitive quote the same evening he visited. My kitchen and bathroom had been ruined by cowboy 'builders' and I needed a ceiling tidying, an extractor fan dug out and fixed, the bathroom wallpapering, kitchen painting and tiling, and vinyl flooring laid. The job was done to extremely high specs, on time, and Flamur and team tidied up as they went along, as well as doing a final clean and making sure I was happy with everything. Lovely friendly guys, too. I'am a picky, demanding customer and I highly recommend them.
