  Sorted out a socket that had over-heated

  Arrived promptly, checked the socket, replaced it with a new one. Gave advice about stopping over-heating. The plug was for the Lazy-Spa and it overheated at the socket.

  He fitted me into a busy Friday to get my chimney swept. He was running late, but that didn't matter as I was in all day anyway. Very polite and completed the job to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.

  Paul arrived on time, and the work was accomplished swiftly. The work was done very well, with a thoughtful attention to detail. Paul is very friendly and helpful, the only one who didn't seem to like him was the dog! Sorry! Paul tidied up well afterwards - much better than I thought might be the case - and I was very pleased with things from start to finish.
