  Decorating - Kris is a gem!

  Kris has been an absolute star - he's done a beautiful job decorating the whole house, excellent attention to detail and superb end result. He's gone far above and beyond to help us on various other things too that needed doing including fitting plastic covers to our patio and back door plinths and restoring panels above our wardrobes and also redecorating the extrenal window sills to just mention just a few. Big thanks Kris!

  Darren was punctual and explained the issues, offering us different options for remediation with costs. He was polite, efficient and communicative, with a can do attitude.   1) Create concrete base and erect summer house. Former was incorrectly mixed and is now crumbling, less than a year after construction. The long term viability of summer house is threatened.We have pictures and quotes from new firm. PDD cost £750. 2.Downstairs bathroom. £5,900 for new bathroom. PDD did come back to try and fix floor but could not. Tiling was deficient in its construction and shower tray was leaking. We had to remove all the fittings and replace the whole foor, retile whole floor and some wall tiles and put back ll the fittings. 3. Unfinished snagging 4. Broken curtain rail

  The old bathroom was removed and a new bathroom installed ; wall and floor tiles, electrics, plumbing, wet room cubicle, toilet, sink and vanity units and extractor and door.

  Replacement of guttering.

  We contacted Empire as we needed our roof guttering completing replaced. From the beginning we found Empire straightforward, polite and good value for money. On site we found Rob and his colleague on time, very polite, professional, tidy and always willing to spend time to explain what they were going. The price was that quoted and we couldn't be happier with the job. Job well done, sometimes in atrocious weather conditions. Will definitely recommend Empire. Thanks.

  We contacted Charlie and he was polite, informative and professional from the beginning. His was on time, efficient, always ready to explain and accommodate our wishes and crucially the invoice was the same as the quote. We were very impressed with his work ethic and professionalism.   Sourced SAS from Checkatrade and very impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, honesty and delivery. They were very happy to offer solutions and advice before they were even hired, which gave us a lot of confidence, as well being very hard working, on time, tidy, polite and willing to go more than the extra mile to get the job done to a very high standard e.G numerous trips to pick up my tiles when a delivery did not turn up. Our bathroom was completed on time, on budget and to an extremely high standard. I will definitely use SAS again.
