  Very efficient, did exactly what they explained they were going to do and finished works within each day for each work. Sorted out repairs first at the back for £540, and sorted out installing the new fence at the front for £2,175.

  They arrived within 30mins of calling and making the emergency call out payment, and deduced the potential cause of the leak. They also explained what works would be potentially required to resolve the issue.

  I was constantly having an F1 error on my Ideal Combi Boiler.

  I posted my issue on Check a Trade and Matt from Kean Plumbing & Heating came to my aid. He serviced the boiler and explained in detail why the error kept occurring (I'm grateful for that); since servicing the boiler the issue was resolved for a reasonable price.

  Replaced the manual locks on both my front and back doors with Ultion Nuki plus smart lock.

  Clayton was ever the professional. He successfully installed my new Ultion Nuki plus smart locks for both the front and back doors, ensuring that everything was set up right and working via the app as well. Considering that I'd done a silly and ordered a slightly longer cylinder than my composite door (stupidly ordered a 45mm instead of 35mm); he brought this to my attention and advised I get in touch with the supplier to see if one could get a replacement- unfortunately wasn't successfully with that but he still was able to successfully install what I had assuring that I could replace later.
